Violence and aggression are a perfect subject matter, propbably the most important an artist can tackle and yet propbably the one area of art they shy away from. I believe it is important for artists to paint everything about their world - and due to their deluded belief that it will turn away people, specifically 'customers' they ignore it and go and paint pretty little art. Oh what a wonderful world! I don't do anything of the sort and go ahead and paint how I feel.
